I
first visited Sky Garden three years ago when I was living in London,
and I've been back every summer since. With stunning panoramic
views of the city, a cocktail bar and gorgeous greenery, Sky Garden
quickly became one of my favourite places to spend a sunny afternoon.
Sky
Garden is London's highest public garden, on the 37th floor of 20
Fenchurch Street - aka the walkie talkie building. It's the perfect
place to catch up over cocktails and see the best of the big smoke.
Spy your favourite landmarks from the seating areas within the greenery, including The Shard, Tower Bridge, The Gherkin, the Thames, and more!
After
exploring the garden areas and the outdoor viewing platform, order a
couple of drinks at the bar, grab a spot on one of the couches, and enjoy the views across London. The city is so peaceful from up this high.
It's
free to visit Sky Garden but you have to book in advance through their website.
